- When creating a dispatch ticket, if the selected customer has a default driver assigned that
driver will be used as the initial driver on the ticket.
- If the default driver for the customer on the ticket has been assigned as the default driver

- Vendor Email Addresses are now shown in the Ticket Search report
- Tickets will now load the Customer Email into the Email field as the default if no email data
for the selected location can be found.
- There is a new report, the Area Customers report, which will list all customers that have been

- Driver Logins can no longer see scheduled jobs
- When changing the search filter on the Monitor, no scheduled jobs will be listed if a

- The Pay Rate and Charge rate for the items on a dispatch ticket are now shown for each item.
The rate shown will be the customer rate, if applicable, or default to the waste type rate.

- Locations and Tickets now store a Fax Number. The Fax Number on the ticket stays as saved on the ticket, but
the Location fax # will update if changed on a new ticket so that it is always current when
brought up by the Location selection.
- The Add and Truck selection controls should no longer be visible when adding a Truck. They will
reappear when the new truck has been saved or the user cancels the new truck.
- Items for each ticket are now listed on the Print View
- The Reports tab has been activated and will display the Ticket Search report allowing
a user to look back at previously entered tickets. This is only accessible by the
dispatch and administration users.
- The Monitor should no longer display scheduled dates that have already passed

- Contact Name and Number are now stored with each location in the system and
are used to complete ticket information when selecting a Location.
- Contact information for each location is updated when a new ticket is entered. Updating
old tickets will keep the existing contact info for that location.
- When the area or location fields receive focus on the dispatch ticket form, the
selection box should appear with all the areas or locations under the currently set
vendor or area.

- There is now a Fax Number field on the Vendors information
- Areas (and by extension, Locations) are now linked directly to a Customer.
This means that areas will now only appear under the customer for which they
have been entered. Each customer can have its own specific list of locations.
- The Ticket form now has space to enter a Contact Name and Number. By default, these
fields will be loaded with the Vendor Contact/Phone but can be changed if needed.
- Adding or Updating Tickets will now send user alerts to the Driver's email as
entered in the user profile provided they have the alert setting turned on.
